Design proposal for the DesignBuildBluff House, a prefab home that could be adapted to various homesites. It’s main passive heating and cooling device is a second roof that incorporates a re-purposed steel structure, allowing the heat to stay off the home in the summer, and subsequently, snow to stay off in the winter. This would be built above the prefab structure that was to be built in Bluff, Utah and the DesignBuildBLUFF campus, then transported to the homes site.
